The General Directorate of Taxation, held on 31 May and 1 June, held a joint training with the Accounting and Audit Reform Consultants (AARC) headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
This training is part of the project “Strengthening Accounting and Auditing Education, Drafting of Financial Statements for Taxes, Increasing the Technical Capacities of Accounting and Auditing Professionals”.
During the two days, tax administration employees and control inspectors from the Tax Directorate of the Big Taxpayers, the Regional Tax Directorate of Tirana and the General Directorate, were introduced to the best international audit and accounting practices by the experienced expert Mrs. Alice Sramkova, who is the representative of AARC.
Co-ordinated by the Project Management Directorate, this session is the next part of the first organized training on the topic “Framing Financial Statements with Tax Declarations”.
The General Directorate of Taxation attaches particular importance to the development of administration capacities, increasing the level of knowledge and professionalism through the best international practices being implemented.
