Tirana’s Local Immovable Property Registration Office has provided around 300,000 services for the citizens in Tirana.
In the annual analysis conducted today in the Tirana Office, Chief Registrar Valdrin Peter pointed out that 93% of the services provided in this office were completed within the legal deadline, significantly improving service to the citizen, unlike 2017 where the treatment of these services within the deadline has been around 55%.
Also legalization permits registered for 2018 are about 14,000 or 9,500 more permits compared to 2017.
The success of the Tirana Local Immovable Property Registration Office remains undoubtedly the fast track, which offers express service within 24 hours for the 9 most requested services from the citizens.
“For this platform is built a dedicated section in ZVRPP Tirana with 21 employees who exclusively deal with Fast Track practices. For the period November-December 2018, about 3,000 services were provided to the citizens of Tirana by offering the service for 24 hours, “said the Chief Registrar.
One of the objectives of ZRRPP Tirana for 2019 is to initiate the process of digitizing the archives over the years of this office. “We intend to launch digitization of about 47 million pages of the mortgage archive of the Republic of Albania in February,” said the lead author Peter.
